Digital Products

Curravue sells digital prompt systems, playbooks, worksheets, templates, and related instructional resources. Your purchase provides access to the materials included with the selected product and license.

License

Unless a broader license is purchased, Curravue products are licensed for use by the individual purchaser. The license is limited, non-transferable, and does not transfer ownership of Curravue intellectual property.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share account access to, reproduce for commercial resale, or place protected Curravue prompt systems in a public repository. Department, school, and district use is governed by the license purchased.

AI-Generated Output

Curravue provides workflow and prompt systems. Third-party AI platforms generate the resulting output. Curravue does not guarantee that an AI platform will always produce accurate, complete, current, or error-free material.

Educators remain responsible for reviewing instructional accuracy, standards alignment, accessibility, mathematical correctness, age appropriateness, privacy, and suitability before using generated material with learners.

Student and Confidential Data

Do not enter protected student information or confidential institutional information into an AI platform unless your organization has approved that use. Follow applicable laws, contracts, institutional policies, and technology requirements.

Payments and Delivery

Payment and digital delivery may be handled by third-party platforms such as Whop or Gumroad. Their payment, account, and platform terms also apply to transactions processed through their services.

Refunds

Because Curravue products are digital downloads or immediately accessible digital content, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or the terms of the checkout platform.
